Best bloger tips do not skip when you are a blogger
When you have a blog or website it must have to be a contact
us form otherwise it will looks odd. Many of us know the system but some of us
may not know. If you don’t have any contact us page create just in five minutes
very easily. Just two day ago one of my visitors requests me to make a post
regarding contact us page by comment in my another blog. Please see bellow what
was the comment.

I am very much happy to read your blog. I have learned a lot’s from
here and make a blog of mine. Anyway, I can’t make a contact us page for my
blog. I have read many articles from google search but I think no one was
written there perfectly that’s why I can’t.
However, would you kindly make a post regarding contact us page?

That comment makes me bound to write this article though
there are thousand of article has written previously regarding contact us page.
Let’s come to the point.
At first log in your gmail account. Scroll top and click on
drive you can see bellow image for your easy understanding. A new window will
open. And a pop up window also open to chose title and theme. You no need to
change here anything. Just click on ok.
See at left side of the page and find CREATE. Click on CREATE
a dropdown menu will open instant, from there just select Form. See bellow image for your easy understanding.
When you click on Form then another new window will open as
like bellow image.
Now write Contact us
at the place of Untitled form.
Form description:
Keep blank or you can write short terms if you wish. I advise you to keep
blank.
Question Title:
Name
Question type:
Select Text from the dropdown.
Help text: Keep
blank.
Now click on Done.
Now click on Duplicate.

Another box will come as like bellow. Just change a little
as like bellow.
Question title:
Email
Help text: Keep
blank
Question type:
Select Text.
Now click on Done.
Again make a duplicate of Email
New box will come. Just change a little as like bellow.
Question title:
Subject
Help text: Keep
blank
Question type:
Select Text.
Now click on Done.
Again make a duplicate of Subject and change bellow things.
Question title:
Message
Help text: Keep
blank
Question type:
Select Paragraph Text.
Click on Done.
Your contact form is ready now. Let’s check it how will it
appear when it will be live. Don’t want to see?
Scroll top and click on View
Live From. A new window will open and you can see your contact form.
However, now we have to place it on blog page. Again scroll
top and click on File.
A dropdown menu will appear from there select Embed a new pop up window will come
with HTML code as like bellow.
Just copy the code and paste it your contact us page. Anyway,
you can resize the from as you want. See the Custom Size and insert your required size.
Contact form is ready now we have to place it in blog or
website. Many of us may do not know the way. That’s way here we describe the
details process. Just follow process.
Login your blog and go dashboard
and click on Page. See bellow image
for your easy understanding.
Now click on New Page (if you didn’t have any contact us
page) and select Blank Page.
Now write Contact Us as
page title.
See write side and click Options. Here we have make a little change. Select all boxes as
like bellow image and click Done.
Now copy the HTML
code of contact form and paste as like bellow.
Now click on Save
Arrangement. Task has done 100%. Close all programs and let’s check your
new contact us page and let us know your feedback by comment bellow.
